Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on electric towel radiators that have been installed or used. Custom-made or specially ordered designer radiators may also be non-returnable unless faulty.
